The Senior Chef

Free 8 week cooking class for people aged 55 and over who want to improve their cooking skills, confidence, or motivation around cooking for one or two people. These classes are 3 hours long, and run once a week during the daytime. There are usually 8 - 10 people in a class. Each weekly class includes nutrition education (ex. eating well for older people, menu planning, budgeting, shopping tips), preparing and cooking meals in pairs and sharing the meal with the group.
